Before your scheduled hardwood installation, our experienced team will visit your location to carefully assess the area. This ensures that we've taken into account all the important factors and any specific needs your project may have. We'll also take the time to explain each step of the process, making sure you feel confident and informed. By addressing these details upfront, we aim to make the installation process as smooth and stress-free as possible, reducing any potential issues and ensuring top-notch results for your project.
During Installation
On the scheduled day for your hardwood installation, it's essential to have an adult available to provide access to the installation area and address any questions. Our experienced crew will work efficiently to complete the installation, handling tasks like moving furniture and removing or replacing baseboards as needed. If there are any outstanding painting projects, we'll take care of those before beginning the installation process.
After Installation
After your installation, we will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure your new hardwood has been installed perfectly, and we'll answer any questions you may have. It's important to allow the hardwood floors to settle for at least 24 hours before walking on them or replacing furniture. Consider using furniture pads to prevent scratches and dents from heavy furniture.
