    Yes, our expert professionals will come out, take accurate measurements of your tricky dimensions and angles, and can finish the template onsite!

    For custom rugs made from in-stock material, the creation process will take roughly one week. 

    For special orders made from material that is not in-stock, the creation process will take between 7-10 days once the carpet arrives at the warehouse.

    For custom stair runner creation, the process goes as follows: 

    • 1 day for onsite templating
    • 2nd day for stair runner installation
    • These 2 days are scheduled back-to-back!

    In-home measures are FREE for custom rug and stair runner orders!
