Before Installation
Before your tile installation appointment, our experienced team will visit your location for a comprehensive assessment. This ensures that we consider all critical factors and any specific requirements your project may have. We'll guide you through each stage of the process, ensuring you understand what to expect. Our aim is to deliver a smooth and stress-free installation experience, addressing any potential challenges and providing outstanding results for your project.
During Installation
On the day of your tile installation appointment, please ensure there's an adult available to grant our team access to the installation area and address any questions. Our experienced crew will work diligently to complete the installation. We'll handle tasks such as moving furniture and removing and replacing baseboards as needed. If there are any pending painting projects, we can complete those before your installation.
After Installation
After your tile installation is complete, we'll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure that your new flooring has been installed flawlessly. It is important to allow the tile to settle for at least 24 hours before heavy foot traffic or placing furniture. This settling period ensures proper adhesion and minimizes the risk of damage. Consider using furniture pads under heavy furniture to prevent scratches and dents.
