Before Installation
Before the installation begins, our team will visit the job site to conduct a thorough assessment. This step allows us to verify that we have considered all necessary factors and accounted for any specific requirements or challenges unique to your project. We'll work with you to ensure you understand each step for a stress-free experience. By proactively addressing these details beforehand, we can provide a smooth and efficient installation process, minimizing potential disruptions and ensuring the best possible outcome for your project.
During Installation
During the scheduled installation day, it's important to ensure that an adult is available to provide access to the home and answer any questions that may arise. Our skilled team will work diligently and efficiently to complete the installation process. We'll take care of all aspects of the installation, including moving furniture and handling any necessary adjustments, such as removing and replacing baseboards. If there are any pending painting projects, we can also address those before starting the installation.
After Installation
After your installation, we will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure your new carpet has been installed flawlessly, and we'll answer any questions you may have. Following installation, it's recommended to vacuum the carpet frequently to remove any loose fibers and maintain its appearance. Allow the carpet to settle for at least 24 hours before moving furniture back into the room to ensure proper adhesion and minimize indentations.
